Cancellation Policy
We are always on-time and ready for you! Things happen and sometimes need to cancel.. There is a 10 minute grace period for all wax/personal grooming services. Please note that your service time may be shortened to remain punctual to our next guest. If we are able to accommodate you past the grace period, we most certainly will! If we cannot, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and will need to book a new appointment for another date and time. We ask all clients to cancel at least 48 hours prior appointment time. By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read and adhere to out business policies listed here.
